Location: Onsite, York, PA

Hours: Full-Time |8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Scope: Caskey is a creative leader in custom signage, vehicle graphics, and facility décor solutions. Based in York, PA, we help businesses bring their brands to life through innovative, high-impact visual communications. We’re looking for a talented and driven sales professional to grow our fleet and facility décor business, as well, promotional and apparel solutions. As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships for fleet vehicle wraps, interior/exterior signage, and branded facility graphics.  You will also focus on promotional and apparel opportunities.  You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver custom solutions that meet branding and facility enhancement goals.

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities for fleet vehicle wraps, interior/exterior signage, branded facility graphics, and promotional and apparel solutions.
• Conduct site visits and fleet assessments as needed.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand client branding needs.
• Provide custom quotes, proposals, and visual recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
• Effectively negotiating contracts, rates, and terms to secure the best possible deals. 
• Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity using a CRM system.
• Report on sales progress regularly to senior leadership. 
• Demonstrate results and achievement of performance metrics.
• Meet sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends, analyze data, competitor offers, and recommend competitive opportunities regularly.
• Represent Caskey at client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Education:

• A high school diploma/or GED equivalency, required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, Communications, Print and Graphic Communications, or related field, preferred, and/or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and on-the-job experience, required. 

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (signage, large-format graphics, or vehicle wraps preferred).
• Strong understanding of graphic materials, installation processes, and branding solutions.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipeline, track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with a results-driven mindset.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty. 
• Ability to achieve sales goals and performance metrics consistently.

Physical Requirements:

• Communicating with others (internally/or externally) to exchange information, verbally, in writing, virtually, in person.
• Working on computer for extended periods of time.
• Remaining in a stationary position, sitting for prolonged periods.
• Ascending or descending stairs.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions.
• The maximum weight lifted 50 pounds.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Driving as necessary for work, to client locations, or to event.
