Location: Onsite, York, PA

Hours: Full-Time |8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Scope: Gregory Scott is an innovative software company based in York, PA. We specialize in developing powerful, user-friendly SaaS platforms that help businesses increase efficiency, reduce costs, and stay ahead in a digital world. As we are expanding, we’re looking for a driven sales representative to join our team and grow with us. We are looking for a high-energy SaaS Software Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you will lead the sales process from prospecting through close, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. You’ll work closely with our product and successful teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Essential Functions: This position exists to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Prospects and qualifying new business lead through outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points and align our SaaS solutions.
  • Delivering compelling virtual or in-person product demos and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from the initial contract to signed contract.
  • Track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in a CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and onboarding.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date on product enhancements, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Education:

  • A high school diploma/or GED equivalency, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, Communications, Technology or related field, preferred, and/or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and on-the-job experience, required. 

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and digital tools.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline, track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a results-driven mindset.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty. 
  • Ability to achieve sales goals and performance metrics consistently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicating with others (internally/or externally) to exchange information, verbally, in writing, virtually, in person.
  • Working on computer for extended periods of time.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Ascending or descending stairs.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions.
  • The maximum weight lifted 50 pounds.
  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Driving as necessary for work, to client locations, or to event.
