SALES REPRESENTATIVE Print Solutions

Location: Onsite, York, PA

Hours: Full-Time |8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Scope: The YGS Group is a full-service provider of marketing, print, publishing, and fulfillment solutions. Headquarters in York, PA, we deliver innovative, customized services to clients across a variety of industries. As a Printing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and promoting our full range of commercial print services. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of printing processes and solutions.

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in commercial printing.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand client printing needs.
  • Provide custom quotes, proposals, and print specifications for client projects.
  • Collaborate with internal business units (prepress, production, fulfillment) to ensure successful job execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, leads, and client communications using a CRM system.
  • Report on sales progress regularly to senior leadership. 
  • Demonstrate results and achievement of performance metrics.
  • Meet sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Strive to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay current on print technologies, industry trends, and competitor offers.
  • Represent The YGS Group at client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Education:

  • A high school diploma/or GED equivalency, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, Print and Graphic Communications, or related field, preferred, and/or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and on-the-job experience, required. 

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (print sales, account management, or related B2B sales).
  • Strong understanding of offset, digital, large format and finishing services.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline, track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a results-driven mindset.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty. 
  • Ability to achieve sales goals and performance metrics consistently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicating with others (internally/or externally) to exchange information, verbally, in writing, virtually, in person.
  • Working on computer for extended periods of time.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Ascending or descending stairs.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions.
  • The maximum weight lifted 50 pounds.
  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Driving as necessary for work, to client locations, or to event.
